AIMAN INAM MICHIGAN: Researchers here have discovered lately that consuming loads of water could assist people reduce excess body fat and obesity. The study further pointed out that water facilitates to keep individuals away from overeating and therefore lead them to a healthier weight. Senior study author and Assistant Professor from the University of Michigan in the US, Tammy Chang noted, “Staying hydrated is good for you no matter what, and our study suggests it may also be linked to maintaining a healthy weight. ”Our findings suggest that hydration may deserve more attention when thinking about addressing obesity on a population level,” held Chang. Their findings suggest that staying hydrated via drinking plenty of water and consuming more fruits and vegetables can aid human beings to deal with excessive weight. Chang further maintained in the paper published in Annals of Family Medicine journal: “However, the link between hydration and weight is not clear. Our study further explains this relationship on a population level using an objective measure of hydration.” For conducting the research, the panel observed the countrywide representative assessments of some 9,528 people aged between 18 to 64.
