Due to the scorching weather, people cannot eat properly because of loss of appetite. It could certainly affect their health, which could even prove to be fatal. That’s why, keeping hydrated throughout heat spell is obligatory. Keeping this in view, experts suggest consumption of food that could meet your daily requirement of nutrients and fluids. They recommend fruits and vegetables like watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, pomegranate, lettuce, celery, radishes, carrots, tomatoes and spinach. In addition, one should drink beaucoup water when the temperature is severe and muddy. Not to mention that one should avoid sugary and fizzy drinks as these are stuffed with calories, sugar and harmful chemicals. The best way to add flavors in your water is to add slices of lemons, strawberries and cucumber etc. In this way, you could ingest more water. Mind you!
