During a survey conducted by NewsPakistan.TV it transpired that government school teachers were not discharging their duties. The long-term result is that the populace over there is deprived of learning. Lack of trained teachers, deficiency of proper edification materials and poor physical infrastructure indicate the poor performance of this sector. Resolute effort to educate fishermen’s children could have raised the productivity and efficiency of the youngsters producing skilled manpower. Performance of Government Hospital here too is totally unsatisfactory. Poor hygienic environs are also affecting the children who are exposed to various diseases. When NewsPakistan.TV talked to the Chairman Union Council he lamented that Bin Qasim Administrator had not provided any funds to ameliorate the infrastructure. The Chairman said that Chief Minister Sindh and Minister for Local Govt. should take notice of the state of affairs and endeavor to resolve the major issues of water, sanitation, education and health.
