MEHWISH MARSEILLE: French named Franky Zapata is the man who invented a tiny flying hover board which set the world record for the longest hover board flight ever. It covered a distance of 2,252 metres, almost ten folds farther than the previous record set last year by Catalin Alexandru Duru with a larger board. The device is free of any tether and runs on four 250-horsepwer RC jet engines. It can take a flight up to 10,000 feet high and can cover a distance of 93 miles per hour. It was created in four years’ time but as soon as it was unveiled Zapata is being contacted by many security and government companies as it will prove useful for security agencies.
