Obama to visit Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: United States President Barack Obama is arriving in Riyadh today (Wednesday) to meet Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz and hold talks with Saudi leadership. According to US Information Department, the leaders are expected to take up the matters related to the cooperation between Arab navies and the US Navy to counter Iran’s presence in the Gulf. During his visit, the US President will also attend a meeting of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and hold talks with the leaders. US Secretary of Defence Ashton Carter is also accompanying Barack Obama.
