PPP has always raised voice for rights of minority and women in Pakistan: Bilawal

UMERKOT: Chairman Pakistan People Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari says PPP’s manifesto is based on equity and we will make Pakistan the country according to the vision of Quaid-e-Azam. He was addressing to the people of minority Hindu Community in Umerkot following the Holi celebrations.  “Peoples Party’s manifesto is based on equality. We promise to make Pakistan the country according to the vision of Quaid-e-Azam,” said the PPP chairman. Addressing a large gathering, Bilawal said Pakistan for men and women will be same; we don’t want a different country for minority and majority. Assuring the Hindu community of protection of their rights, he said PPP will always protect all communities and raise voice for their rights. “PPP has always raised voice for rights of minority and women in Pakistan. Sindh government was first to approve domestic violence bill and Hindu marriage act for protection of women and Hindu community and take measures for women’s protection,” he said. The PPP Chairman also praised PPP government for announcing public holiday on Holi and celebrated the event by rubbing traditional Holi colors on his face.
